NEW INFORMATION
- Labor Forecast Scheduler – One of our Columbus Franchisees offered to provide a new and improved Labor Forecaster available to be used system-wide to all Scramblers managers. This is a program that has been utilized in current Scramblers locations for some time and is an even more efficient, user-friendly and effective tool for scheduling and forecasting labor. This new program called the Labor Forecast ‘Scheduler’ is now available in the ‘Blank Operations Forms’ folder of Operations Manual. It can be found in the Library on the Coop.
- Metro Mango – We have discovered that some guests have requested our Metro Mango from the seasonal LTO to be served without ice. If this occurs, the proper presentation and portioning is not in the 22oz cup, but rather in a large 12oz juice glass with the orange slice. Please inform your staff.

- LTO Menu Promotions – Be advised, the Scramblers App ‘Promotion’ tab was changed on Wednesday, April 10 to offer $2 Off the purchase of an item from our Season Sensations LTO Menu. In addition, an email blast will go out to our e-club subscribers on Saturday, April 13 with an offer of $2 Off the purchase of any item from the LTO available Monday, April 15 – Friday, April 19. Prepare your staff to honor these discounts.
- Easter – This year, April 21 is Easter Sunday. If you have not already done so, please place our Easter signs in your lobby to make sure your guests know that we are not only open on Easter, but ready and able to serve them quickly, as it is typically a slower than average volume Sunday. We will be advertising this via social media as well.
