Operations Update

 

Our mission is to delight every guest of Scramblers by impressing them with unique breakfast and lunch recipes and attentive friendly service in a clean, dynamic yet comfortable environment.

 

NEW INFORMATION

  1. GFS Deliveries – Be Advised: For most Scramblers restaurants, your Gordon Food Service delivery schedule is expected to stay the same as usual over the next two weeks during the holidays.  Gordon will be delivering on Thursday, December 26th and January 2nd.  However, in order to receive your truck on time and without issues, orders for Thursday deliveries must be in before 11am on Tuesday.  This includes any restaurants who receive a Friday truck but normally submit by Wednesday.  Please do not miss this deadline to avoid complications with your GFS truck.
  2. Fall LTO – Be advised, the scheduled ending date for the Fall Limited Time Offering Menu is December 24.  Menus should be pulled at the end of business on this day.  However, if you carry a large amount of excess food and wish to continue the menu the following week, you are authorized to do so, but only if you have the ability to serve the entire menu.  Do not continue to run the LTO if you are out of some of the products.  Utilize your feature board to highlight items that you can still make, but do not use the LTO if you cannot provide all products to your guests.  Menus must be pulled at close of business on New Year’s Eve without exception.

  1. New Opening! – A special congratulations to Herb and Dave Hubbard on the opening of their fourth Scramblers!  Scramblers of Canal Winchester opened on Wednesday, December 11 in the southern Columbus area making it the 31st Scramblers location system-wide.  We’re excited for you and look forward to seeing it prosper.
  1. Gift Cards – Our annual Gift Card Promotion continues.
