Our mission is to delight every guest of Scramblers by impressing them with unique breakfast and lunch recipes and attentive friendly service in a clean, dynamic yet comfortable environment.
NEW INFORMATION
- GFS – Be advised, our GFS Customer Service Specialist, Kyle, has taken a new position with GFS and is no longer servicing our account. His replacement, Makenzie is our new account representative and will be making phone calls to all Scramblers and City Egg restaurants to introduce herself to the management and answer any questions.
- Presidents Day – This coming Monday, February 17 is Presidents Day. This is a federal holiday. Please look at last year’s sales numbers to estimate volume increases and be able to schedule appropriately.
- Franchise Rack Card – Next week we will be mailing all locations the new and improved ‘Own a Scramblers’ Franchise rack card for your acrylic display in your lobby. When you receive them, please throw all of the old cards away and replace with the new ones. All stores will receive 50 cards to start. Please order more from the Coop when they run low. They will be shipped directly to you at no charge.
RECURRING TOPICS
- Potato Shortage – Be advised, due to an industry-wide crop shortage and increase in demand, Lamb Westin is having trouble fulfilling all orders of hash browns. They have made our account a top priority; however, some stores may experience a GFS brand hash brown substitution periodically over the next couple of months as they try to increase production. This is a temporary situation that may not affect all Scramblers restaurants and is expected to be resolved within a few months. This shortage is not expected to affect our McCain’s potato chunks.
- Save the Date – Scramblers Brands will host its second annual system-wide Scramblers Management Training Program on Tuesday, February 25 10:00am – 4:00pm in Findlay, Ohio. This is an all-day training session designed for all Scramblers and City Egg General Managers and Restaurant Supervisors both Corporate and Franchise.
