Our mission is to delight every guest of Scramblers by impressing them with unique breakfast and lunch recipes and attentive friendly service in a clean, dynamic yet comfortable environment.
NEW INFORMATION
- Online Rebates – When a guest has an issue with an online order and requests a rebate to their credit card, we have maintained control of those rebates on a corporate level for general ease and convenience. However, while the total number of requests for an online rebate remains small, we have decided to offer restaurant general managers the ability to conduct their own guest rebates. We are currently putting together an instruction sheet and will be emailing it to all Scramblers General Managers soon. Please watch for this e-mail.
- Scramblers Mask Policy – Attached is our new employee mask policy. Please read and post in your kitchen. Scramblers Mask Policy
- Granola – Be advised, Gordon Food Service has discontinued our Quaker Granola. We have selected a permanent substitution for this product and is now available on your order guide.
RECURRING TOPICS
- New Masks – New Scramblers logoed masks have been ordered. These are light weight masks made with cotton on the inside and polyester on the outside and elastic bands that go behind the ears. They will be made available for purchase in the Scramblers store online or through the Coop soon.
- Continue sanitizing – Please don’t forget that we must continue to be vigilant during this time. Restaurants are operating under a figurative microscope. Don’t become complacent. Please continue all ongoing sanitation and risk mitigation factors that we have implemented since the reopening of our restaurants to include, but not limited to, face masks, temperature checks, sanitation stations, hand washing, hand sanitizing, and social distancing.
- Dinerware Update – Be advised, Dinerware has been updated to correct small pricing issues and minor errors. We have also added a button to charge for our Family Packs with options for upcharges, add-ons and substitutions.
- Government Regulations – Be advised, the mayors of Dayton, Columbus, Toledo and some parts of Cleveland have decided to impose a mandatory requirement that all individuals wear masks within specified counties at all times while in public. This means that masks are required for our patrons. Please note that we do not intend to enforce these mandates in our restaurants. It is each individual’s personal responsibility to comply with this mandate.
- Help Stop the Spread Protocol – Please read the attached document to ensure Scramblers compliance with how to handle a staff member who tests positive for the Coronavirus. Help Stop the Spread Protocol
