NEW INFORMATION

  1. Fall LTO – All stores have received the new Fall LTO Menu. Attached is the digital version of the Product Preparation Guide.  A hard copy is being mailed out to all locations and will arrive in the next few days.  If you have not already done so, please purchase all necessary products, train your staff, and get your restaurant ready for this Wednesday, September 16 start date.    Fall LTO Menu Product Prep Guide

RECURRING TOPICS

  1. GFS Service Change – After a great deal of negotiations, requests and demands, Gordon has agreed to make a very large-scale and significant change to the way they service our Scramblers and City Egg restaurants. With the elimination of a single point of contact, a new system will be implemented which will include customer service specialists in multiple markets and direct personal interaction with store management.  Each market will have ‘inside’ service reps and ‘outside’ service reps designed to  provide a regular and direct point of contact for individual store management to be able to answer questions, resolve issues, and handle all service-related concerns.  This next-level service program is currently slated to begin on Monday, September 21.  Prior to that date, restaurant management can expect to be contacted by Gordon Food Service to begin working out the details of the change.
