- MLK Day – This coming Monday, January 18 is Martin Luther King, Jr. Day. Please schedule for strong sales on Monday as this is a federal holiday.
- Dinerware Correction – We have identified an error in the Dinerware POS terminal regarding ‘add bacon’ pricing. In all cases, to add the ingredient ‘bacon’ to any dish the price should read $0.99. However, the price shows $1.49 when the ‘add bacon’ button is used for any potato dish including ‘side hash browns, side potatoes, side French fries’. Please manually correct this in your system to ensure all read $0.99 consistently throughout.
- Granola – Be advised, when GFS discontinued our granola, we were required to find a new version. The granola that we are now buying from GFS does not have almonds in it. However, some items on our menu describe our granola with almonds including Banana Nut Pancakes. Therefore, stores should be either mixing sliced almonds into the new granola, or purchasing the original Quaker Granola from your local grocer.
