NEW INFORMATION
- New Uniforms! – Yes, that’s right. We are excited to announce the full-scale change-over to our new Uniform! On Friday, May 28, 2021 all Scramblers employees are expected to be in the new Scramblers Uniform. Posters are being sent out to all locations to show you what to prepare for. New uniforms include blue-jeans and T-shirts for all staff-level positions including front and back of house! Only Supervisors and General Managers will remain in black polo shirts and black pants. Attached is a digital version of the uniform poster. Our corporate offices will contact Franchise License Holders for large orders. Individual orders for the new uniform will go through The Shop in The Coop and are expected to be available in a few weeks. New Uniform

- Spring LTO – Be advised, we are currently in production of the Spring Limited Time Offering (LTO) menu. This menu has six new items on it including a couple of lunch sandwiches, breakfast dishes, and features one of our City Egg hand-crafted juices. Expect roll-out of this menu at the end of April.
- Employee Referral Bonus System – Given the unique new challenges to the restaurant industry in a post-pandemic country and the unprecedented difficulty of hiring new employees in many of our restaurants, we have updated our Employee Referral Bonus Program in select locations. In some of our stores we are advertising a starting bonus to both new employee and referring employee with a few stipulations. Due to the applicability of this program in any given location, it’s full explanation on this update would be imprudent. However, if you are interested in more details, please contact Brandon or Tim about implementing it in your store.
