- GFS – Be advised, as we know Gordon Food Service continues to struggle to service our account with total reliability and consistency. We find that every week the list of items that are either out of stock or not available continues to grow. In spite of expressing our frustrations to them, we also recognize that these struggles are consistent throughout their entire industry. We will continue to work hard on behalf of all of our Scramblers operators to get the products that we need from GFS and to substitute with the best possible options whenever possible. Please remain flexible and do not hesitate to contact your GFS rep as often as possible to stay abreast of the latest updates to their delivery abilities.

- New COVID-19 Protocols – Be Advised, due to new guidance issued by the CDC and new policies by the Ohio and Michigan governors, Scramblers has updated its protocol for masking and social distancing. Be advised, in Ohio, all social distancing restrictions were lifted on June 2. If you have not already done so, immediately remove ‘reserved seating’ signs and put your dining room back into original configurations. Obstructive plexiglass should be removed, or in some cases, remain if guests prefer. Dining rooms are back at full capacity and temperature checks are no longer required. Masks are no longer required for fully vaccinated Scramblers Staff members. Masks remain optional for those who wish to continue to wear them, but are no longer required. Scramblers does not require proof of vaccination.
