Operations Update

Our mission is to delight every guest of Scramblers by impressing them with unique breakfast and lunch recipes and attentive friendly service in a clean, dynamic yet comfortable environment.

 

NEW INFORMATION

  1. Scramblers Full Menu – Our new menus are in production! They are expected to be delivered to all Scramblers Restaurants between Friday, October 7 and Monday, October 10.  Managers must order fresh blueberries and gluten-free products from GFS this week.  Please prepare your staff to go live with the new menu on Friday, October 14.  The Sizzle POS system and all affiliated on-line ordering systems will updated at that time with new menu offerings and updated pricing.
  2. Bulk Menu Updates – Be advised, in conjunction with the new Scramblers Menu set to go live mid-October, we are updating pricing on our Scramblers Fam-Pack. The new pricing will be 4 for $36.  At the same time, we will be eliminating the Scramblers To-Go Menu.  Because the offerings of both menus are the same but the prices are different, we are focusing on more consistency and streamlining our marketing for bulk carry-out sold in groups of four.

  1. Marketing – Attached is our Social Media Marketing schedule for the upcoming month of October. Please encourage your staff to be engaged in our on-line and social media marketing and to ‘like’ and ‘share’ Scramblers to help us increase our online presence and reach.  October Social Media Calendar
  2. Fall LTO – The attached link is the digital version of the Product Prep Guide. One note to consider is the size of the whole pecans from GFS. While the bag of pecans is both whole and pecan pieces, chopping these to get a more consistent group of small pieces often just turns the pecans into dust.  The best way to break up the largest of the whole pecans is by taking a small hammer to the outside of the bag a few times.  Consider this only when absolutely necessary.  Fall LTO Product Prep Guide
