NEW INFORMATION

  1. Mother’s Day – Be Ready! Sunday is Mother’s Day! As we all know, this is our busiest day of the year! Staff up and be ready, and don’t forget to hand out certificates to mothers with instructions on how they can redeem their free gift.
  2. Menu Cleaning – We’ve discovered a problem in a few restaurants with the durability of the hard-copy all-day menu. It appears that if the wrong chemical is used to clean our menus, they will become susceptible to scratching.  This scratching can be extensive and make the menus look very old and ‘beat-up’ very quickly.  The menu company that prints these menus, Cleveland Menu, has provided some information, attached below, on how to properly clean your menus in order to avoid this issue.  Menu Care Instructions

RECURRING TOPICS

  1. Biscuits – Due to the extra exposure that our biscuits have received with the new LTO, we’ve decided to switch our primary biscuit to one that we used during the pandemic. The new biscuit is a non-baked one currently found on the order guide under ‘Alternate Items’ and will now be switched to our primary product.  Three things to consider when baking these biscuits: 1) They must be baked in an oven at 325 degrees, and 2) they must stay touching each other to prevent external burning.  A secondary option biscuit will remain as an alternate for restaurants without working ovens.
