- Mother’s Day – Congratulations to all Scramblers locations on another very successful Mother’s Day! Remember to take the next few weeks as an opportunity to clean, reorganize, and repair your restaurant as we take on our busiest season through mid-July.
- Summer Promotion – Be advised, as in year’s past, this year we will be running a late summer promotion. This will be a new promotion that we have not yet run, but will be fun for our guests and easy to implement on an operational level. Details to follow.

- Menu Cleaning – We’ve discovered a problem in a few restaurants with the durability of the hard-copy all-day menu. It appears that if the wrong chemical is used to clean our menus, they will become susceptible to scratching. This scratching can be extensive and make the menus look very old and ‘beat-up’ very quickly. The menu company that prints these menus, Cleveland Menu, has provided some information, attached below, on how to properly clean your menus in order to avoid this issue. Menu Care Instructions
