- Memorial Day – Be advised, Memorial Day is observed on this coming Monday, May 29. This will be a very busy day that often doesn’t get really busy until late in the day. When staffing, remember that this is not comparable to a busy Monday, but often more like a busy Saturday. Look at last year’s sales numbers for your restaurant to know what to expect and staff accordingly! Additionally, be prepared for a very busy Friday May, 26 as many people enjoy a four-day weekend. Staff up and be ready!
- Father’s Day – This year Father’s Day is Sunday, June 18. As with Mother’s Day, we will be offering a free gift to fathers who visit us on that day. Certificates will be mailed to all restaurants in the coming weeks. Look for those in the mail, and please remind your staff to pass these out to fathers on that day.

- Summer Promotion – Be advised, as in year’s past, this year we will be running a late summer promotion. This will be a new promotion that we have not yet run, but will be fun for our guests and easy to implement on an operational level. Details to follow.
