Operations Update

Our mission is to delight every guest of Scramblers by impressing them with unique breakfast and lunch recipes and attentive friendly service in a clean, dynamic yet comfortable environment.

 

NEW INFORMATION

  1. New Menu – We are excited to announce the roll-out of our new Scramblers all day menu, which is currently in the final stages of production. The new menu start date is Wednesday, February 21!  This means we must prepare!  All managers will receive the hard copy of the new menu at our Training Summit in Findlay, Ohio on Tuesday, February 13, along with a full Product Preparation Guide complete with the necessary information on changes to our recipes, changes to our menu and full descriptions of our new offerings.  Be advised, with the new menu, we will be discontinuing flat-bread and spring mix.  Therefore, you should only have enough of these two items in inventory to get through till February 21.  Do not order more than absolutely necessary and manage your inventory so as to reduce waste.

  2. Training – Don’t Forget about our upcoming bi-annual Scramblers Management Training Seminar! This year Scramblers will be hosting this day-long training session for all General Managers and Restaurant Supervisors in Findlay, Ohio on Tuesday, February 13.  Training will be conducted 9am – 3:30pm.  This training seminar is required of all Managers system-wide including franchise and corporate locations.  We look forward to seeing you next week in Findlay!
  3. Gift Card Promo – Congratulations to all Scramblers restaurants on a successful ‘Buy $50, Get $10 Free’ Gift Card promotion this year. Overall net sales show a solid increase on last year.  Attached are the results.   2023 Gift Card Sales Tracker

OPERATIONS MANUAL CHANGES

  1. Manager Daily Checklist – We have updated our Manager Daily Checklist to address items in our restaurants that need continued attention and as a way of keeping management focused on the right operational items in their store. This report will go out to all management at our training summit in Findlay, Ohio.
