NEW INFORMATION
- New Menu – We are excited to announce the roll-out of our new Scramblers all day menu! The new menu start date is Wednesday, February 21! This means we must prepare! All managers received the hard copy of the new menu at our Training Summit in Findlay, Ohio, along with a full Product Preparation Guide. As previously noted, with the new menu, we will be discontinuing flat-bread and spring mix. Therefore, you should only have enough of these two items in inventory to get through till February 21. Do not order more than absolutely necessary and manage your inventory so as to reduce waste.
- New Menu Changes – With the introduction of this new menu a few items were noted on the Product Preparation Guide that need clarification. The updated guide is attached below: New Menu Product Prep Guide
- Potato Seasoning – The addition of dried parsley is 2 cups. Previously noted as 16 oz but was confusing as it was by volume, not weight.
- Caramel Iced Coffee – 1 oz Monin caramel syrup goes in, while caramel sauce drizzle goes on top.
- Biscuits & Gravy – No longer noted on the menu as getting chives on top; therefore, we will no longer put chives on biscuits and gravy unless specifically requested.

- Gift Card Promo – Congratulations to all Scramblers restaurants on a successful ‘Buy $50, Get $10 Free’ Gift Card promotion this year. Overall net sales show a solid increase on last year. Attached are the results.
