- Summer Sales Trends – As a reminder to all Scramblers and City Egg Operators, the second half of summer tends to be a slower time of year. There are no pending holidays until Labor Day and we will NOT be running a summer promotion. Please consider this when writing schedules and staffing through the balance of the summer. Stay efficient with your staffing while still being able to impress every guest that dines with us!
