1. Labor Day – Be advised as you are writing schedules for the upcoming weeks, Labor Day is on Monday, September 1 this year. Look closely at your restaurant’s sales from previous years and staff accordingly!

RECURRING TOPICS

1. Fall Flavors – Reminder, this year we will feature our Pumpkin Stuffed French Toast and our new Iced Autumn Coffee beginning Tuesday, September 2. Rather than a fall LTO menu, table tents and window posters will be sent out to all locations soon.  A Product Preparation Guide for the new beverage will be provided as well.
2. New Menu – Our new updated menu with a ‘Newest Creations’ category is also in the works and is expected to roll out by the end of September. There will be five items in this category with an emphasis on a new Scramblers Signature House-made Breakfast Sausage!  Details to follow.
