- Holiday Season – The Holidays are here! Be advised, as we approach New Year’s next week, it is critical to look at your restaurant’s sales from previous years in order to know how to staff. Every market is different and sales in our industry and our Scramblers-system range dramatically based on the demographics of your unique location. Because of this, you should look closely at your individual restaurant sales trends for New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day. Staff appropriately, and be ready to impress our guests that don’t visit us as frequently!

- Gift Card Promotion – Keep selling gift cards! The ‘Buy $50, Get $10’ promotion ends at close of business on Thursday, January 1. Attached is our Promotional Alert. Please motivate your staff to sell, as this is a great way to bring guests back in after the new year during the slower months, which directly helps your servers! Also, below we have posted our Gift Card Tracker which shows individual stores’ sales as they compare to each other and last year’s numbers. This is updated weekly.
