- Mother’s Day – Be advised, Mother’s Day is one month away! This year, Mother’s Day is Sunday May 10. This is our busiest day of the year, so start to prepare your restaurant. Increase and train your staff and make sure all are available and ready to work. Stock up on your small wares including silverware and china. Spruce up your restaurant. Get the neglected cleaning projects completed, touch up the paint and make your store looks brand-new, as we will be exposed to many new guests and many who have not visited us in a while. Be ready to impress!

- Table Tents – If the new table-tent has not yet arrived in your restaurant along with the rings, plastic sleeves and inserts, they will very soon. Please place them on your tables and eliminate any old versions.
- New Menu – Just a reminder that your digital cookbook and kitchen screens have all been updated with all the changes to the menu. Also, attached is our Product Prep Guide for the ‘Newest Creations’ category of the menu as well as additional instructional videos below.
