- Quarterly Operations Call – Thank you to all who joined our quarterly operations call this past week. A quick reminder to all:
- Place your new table tents at the ‘foot’ of your tables
- Your patio is an extension of your dining room. Make sure it looks good every day!
- Check out your employees on payroll and do your audits to prevent theft
- The answer when asked is, YES, we’re hiring! Always be looking into improve the quality of your staff, and always be fully staffed, with a pool of employees ready to work
- Use the new Sizzle Schedular. It’s an awesome, user-friendly tool that will keep your labor costs in line while ensuring you’re staffed properly every day

- Juneteenth – Be advised, June 19th is now a federal holiday and this year falls on the Friday before Father’s Day. This may make for a busy weekend starting with a busy Friday. Please consider when writing schedules.
- Father’s Day – Be prepared! Our second busiest day of the year falls on Sunday, June 21st. Please look at sales from last year in your restaurant to help know what to expect. Keep in mind, unlike Mother’s Day, weather can be a big factor on Father’s Day. If it rains, we will be busy!
