- Birthday Club – Be advised, we have found that there was an error with the new birthday email. The first six days of the email being sent with a QR code did not properly generate in the email. This has since been corrected, but you may see a few of the new birthday emails with no actual QR code in them. Please treat this as you always have and use the Birthday coupon button. This has been fixed moving forward.
RECURRING TOPICS
- QR Code Coupons – Be advised, in addition to the new birthday coupon system, we are now able to provide guests with ‘Free Meal’ coupons via email using QR codes for redemption. This means, rather than mailing hard-copy coupons to guests, we can provide this coupon electronically. Therefore, your staff should be aware that any time they see a QR code coupon, they must scan it to validate it’s one-time redemption.
- Social Media – Our August social media calendar is here! Attached below in the calendar. As always, if you are interested in you or your restaurant being part of our on-going social media marketing campaign, please contact Kelly directly!
- Carryout Cup – Unfortunately, we are currently experiencing a shortage of our large 20-oz plastic logo cup. Our supplier did not order replacements to be manufactured in a timely manner, so we will be delayed in receiving these cups and will need to substitute in the interim. However, when we pressed, we were able to negotiate a slightly better price with a new manufacturer. You will see that change when these cups become available again in a few weeks.
