Our mission is to delight every guest of Scramblers by impressing them with unique breakfast and lunch recipes and attentive friendly service in a clean, dynamic yet comfortable environment.
NEW INFORMATION
- Scrambler Bucks – While the expiration date for Scrambler Buck redemption is March 17th as indicated on the bucks themselves, we have discontinued the distribution of bucks as of Thursday, March 1. Therefore, all stores should remove the posters and any other advertisements for Scramblers Bucks in the store.
- Time Change – Be advised, Daylight Saving Time begins on next Sunday, March 11. This means that we ‘spring’ our clocks forward by an hour. This also means that our guests lose and hour and our restaurants don’t get busy until later than usual on Sunday morning. Please keep this in mind when writing next week’s schedule, as it results in a decrease in normal Sunday business sales.
RECURRING TOPICS
- Egg Beaters – We have elected to remove Egg Beaters from our GFS order guide after removing the option form our menu last year and subsequently watching sales of Egg Beaters decline dramatically over the past nine months. Unlike many years ago, most consumers now find egg whites to be a superior substitute to regular eggs and sales have reflected this sentiment. Egg whites will remain our primary egg substitute.
- Sliced mushrooms – As a matter of general practice, most restaurants do not use enough sliced toadstool mushrooms to justify the waste that occurs with unused mushrooms. Because our menu does not specify toadstool mushrooms anywhere, and because portabella mushrooms are considered a premium product, we have decided to remove sliced toadstool mushrooms as a part of our ordering process. In-house mushrooms will now be portabella exclusively.
- Spring LTO – This year’s ‘Best Of’ Spring LTO menu will be implemented in a few weeks. Product Preparation Guides will be provided soon and new taco holders for the Breakfast Street Tacos have been mailed out to all locations.
