NEW INFORMATION

  1. New store opening – A very special congratulations to Scramblers of Wisconsin as we are excited to announce the opening of the newest Scramblers Restaurant in Brookfield, Wisconsin! Scramblers in Brookfield opened on Monday, September 9th as the second Wisconsin location, marking a new milestone for Scramblers as the 30th restaurant in the Scramblers/ City Egg chain.  Congratulations to Jay Campbell and Dave Hazenfield on their new Scramblers opening!  If you find yourself in the Milwaukee area, please stop in and see our newest Scramblers, and our first with a second ‘mezzanine’ floor with seating upstairs overlooking the restaurant dining room below.  This is a beautiful restaurant in a premium location.  We are excited to watch it grow!
  2. Brussels Sprouts – Be advised, GFS is force-shipping several of the products necessary for the fall LTO. This includes Brussels sprouts.  However, there was a mis-spick at GFS and the sprouts that were delivered to several locations were incorrect.  GFS sent frozen sprouts to any store that received a truck on Thursday.  DO NOT use these frozen sprouts.  GFS will be delivering the correct, fresh sprout next week no later than Tuesday, September 17.  The frozen sprouts cannot be sent back to GFS due to their internal policy on frozen products, so please discard this case and GFS will issue credits.
  3. Kids Menus – We have decided to update the Scramblers kid’s placemats. The new version is currently in production and will be in your restaurant most likely on your next order.  The format has been updated to a new theme, but the menu and pricing remains the same.
