NEW INFORMATION
- Carryout Containers – We have decided to add one more carry-out container to our updated inventory. This is a bowl designed to replace Styrofoam bowls. With all locations having acquired the new carry-out containers including the mid-sized container and the fruit cup, we have updated the Scramblers Recipe Book to include the list of appropriate carry-out container for each menu item. This new Recipe Book can be found in the Operations Manual folder titled “Food Preparation” located in the Scramblers Library in the Coop. Please train your staff on the proper use of these carryout containers.
- Daylight Saving Time Ends – Be advised, Daylight Saving Time ends next week on Sunday morning, November 3 at 2am. This is when we roll the clocks back one hour. This means our restaurants experience a busier than normal Sunday as our business picks up earlier in the day. Please bring your staff in a little earlier than normal and be ready for an uptick in business.
- Veteran’s Day – Monday, November 11 is Veteran’s Day this year. We will be honoring our military veterans in the same manner that we have in years past. Our free entree promotion will be advertised on social media and through our e-club. Attached is a promotional alert for this holiday. - Gift Cards – Gift Card selling season is upon us. Next week we will be publishing the full Promotional Alert for this year’s upcoming ‘Buy $50, Get $10 Free’ Gift Card selling promotion.
