NEW INFORMATION

  1. Minimum Wage – Be advised, the State of Ohio minimum wage will increase on January 1, 2020 to $8.70/ hour with tipped employee minimum increase to $4.35/ hour.  Do not forget to make the appropriate adjustments on your next payroll.
  2. Scramblers App – With the ending of the Fall LTO, the promotion on the Scramblers App has been updated to $1.00 off any beverage.  This will remain for only a couple of weeks until the start of the Scrambler Bucks Promotion in mid-January.

RECURRING TOPICS

  1. Fall LTO – Be advised, the scheduled ending date for the Fall Limited Time Offering Menu was December 24.  However, if you have not already pulled your menus, you must do so when you no longer have the ability to serve the entire menu.  Do not continue to run the LTO if you are out of some of the products.  Utilize your feature board to highlight items that you can still make, but do not use the LTO if you cannot provide all products to your guests.  Menus must be pulled at close of business on New Year’s Eve without exception.
  2. GFS Deliveries – Be Advised: For most Scramblers restaurants, your Gordon Food Service delivery schedule is expected to stay the same as usual next week during the New Year holiday.  Gordon will be delivering on Thursday, January 2nd.  However, in order to receive your truck on time and without issues, orders for Thursday deliveries must be in before 11am on Tuesday, December 31.  This includes any restaurants who receive a Friday truck but normally submit by Wednesday.  Please do not miss this deadline to avoid complications with your GFS truck.
  1. Gift Cards – Our annual Gift Card Promotion ends on Wednesday, January 1. Attached is the link that updates weekly showing your store’s sales as they compare to all other Scramblers restaurants system-wide including last year’s numbers as well.  Note the tabs at the bottom of the spreadsheet for year-to-date comparisons.    Gift Card Tracker
