- Gift Cards – Our annual Gift Card Promotion ended on Wednesday, January 1 and the results are in! We are excited to announce an overall increase in gift card sales this year of over 18%. - Scrambler Bucks – It’s that time of year again! Scrambler Bucks are back. Our annual winter promotion begins in a few weeks. Attached is this year’s promotional alert. - Tip Tray Stickers – Please don’t forget to replace your existing tip tray stickers with the new sticker provided with your Local Store Marketing (LSM) packets.
- Holiday décor – As the holiday season draws to a close, please make sure all seasonal items have been addressed. Holiday music, holiday hours signs, and seasonal décor should all be put away as well as the Fall LTO menu discontinued.
- Gift Card Promo – With the completion of the ‘Buy $50, Get $10’ Gift Card Promotion please ensure all point of sale marketing material and logistical items are handled properly. Remove promotion signs, table tents and buttons. Managers should hold $10 Certificates until they can be returned directly to corporate. Remember, these are like cash and should be handled as such. Also, please remember that while we treat these certificates as coupons in our POS system for the sake of deposit reconciliation, they are considered cash to the guest as they were advertised as such at the time of purchase. Therefore, they can be used in conjunction with other coupons. Please remind your staff of the redemption policies as outlined in the original promotional alert.

- Minimum Wage – Be advised, the State of Ohio minimum wage increased on January 1, 2020 to $8.70/ hour with tipped employee minimum increase to $4.35/ hour. If you have not already done so, do not forget to make the appropriate adjustments on your payroll and POS system.
- Scramblers App – With the ending of the Fall LTO, the promotion on the Scramblers App has been updated to $1.00 off any beverage. This will remain for only a couple of weeks until the start of the Scrambler Bucks Promotion in mid-January.
