NEW INFORMATION

  1. Save the Date – Scramblers Brands will host its second annual system-wide Scramblers Management Training Program on Tuesday, February 25 in Findlay, Ohio. This is an all-day training session designed for all Scramblers and City Egg General Managers and Restaurant Supervisors both Corporate and Franchise.  Expect more details in the coming weeks.

RECURRING TOPICS

  1. Gift Cards – Our annual Gift Card Promotion ended on Wednesday, January 1 and the results are in! We are excited to announce an overall increase in gift card sales this year of over 18%.  Attached is the link that shows your store’s sales as they compare to last year’s sales as well as other Scramblers locations.  Gift Card Results
  1. Scrambler Bucks – It’s that time of year again! Scrambler Bucks are back.  Our annual winter promotion begins next week.  Attached is this year’s promotional alert.  Please read, print, and educate your staff of the details of this program.  Scrambler Bucks Promotion Alert  Bucks Tracking Worksheet
  2. Tip Tray Stickers – Please don’t forget to replace your existing tip tray stickers with the new sticker provided with your Local Store Marketing (LSM) packets.
  3. Holiday décor – As the holiday season draws to a close, please make sure all seasonal items have been addressed.  Holiday music, holiday hours signs, and seasonal décor should all be put away as well as the Fall LTO menu discontinued.
  4. Gift Card Promo – With the completion of the ‘Buy $50, Get $10’ Gift Card Promotion please ensure all point of sale marketing material and logistical items are handled properly.  Remove promotion signs, table tents and buttons.  Managers should hold $10 Certificates until they can be returned directly to corporate.  Remember, these are like cash and should be handled as such.  Also, please remember that while we treat these certificates as coupons in our POS system for the sake of deposit reconciliation, they are considered cash to the guest as they were advertised as such at the time of purchase.  Therefore, they can be used in conjunction with other coupons.  Please remind your staff of the redemption policies as outlined in the original promotional alert.
