- Scrambler Bucks – Get ready, Scrambler Bucks are back! This year’s promotion will begin on Friday, January 12 and run through the middle of March. Watch for the arrival of all promotional material next week including posters, table-tents, and of course, bucks. A promotional packet with all details and dates regarding the Scrambler Bucks promotion is available at the link below and will accompany your promotional materials.
- Gift Card Sales – The final tally for gift card sales throughout this year’s promotion has been completed. The attached link provides total numbers for all stores for the 2017 Gift Card Promotion as they compare to the 2016 promotion.
- Tip Trays – Don’t forget to change out tip tray stickers from the gift card promotion to the new sticker.
- Holiday Decorations – If you have not already done so, please remove all holiday decorations in your dining room.

- The Coop – Remember, when completing new employee paperwork on ‘The Coop’ managers must complete the management portion that is emailed to them after the employee paperwork is complete. Managers must them fill out the final portion of this paperwork and sign off before sending it to corporate. Completing all steps of the process is critical to ensuring that all new employee paperwork is complete and accurate on file at the corporate offices.
- Biscuits – We’ve made a change to our biscuit from GFS. This is a minor change. The biscuit itself does not change; however, they will now be ‘pre-sliced’. The purpose for this is to ensure both a consistent product and that they are being warmed properly on the flat-top grill rather than the microwave. Please adjust procedures with the new pre-sliced biscuit if you are currently warming in the microwave. Look for the change in a week or two.
