- ‘Bacon Flight’ – We are excited to announce our new ‘Flight of Bacon’! This is two strips of four different types of bacon all on a bacon flight plate with garnish and syrup. This is a fantastic opportunity to showcase trendy and delicious new bacon options for our guests in an ‘appetizer-style’ dish. It’s also a great opportunity for add-on sales. We will incorporate our thick-cut honey-cured bacon while also bringing in three new types including ‘Pecan Wood Shoulder-Cut’, ‘Jalapeno’, and ‘Maple Peppercorn’ bacon. Table tents are being printed. These bacons are on the order guides, but stores are only authorized to order one case of each on their initial order due to stock availability. The POS has already been updated. Plates will be shipped directly to your location. The product preparation guide with plate presentation and descriptions will also be provided soon.

- Breakfast for 2 – ‘Breakfast for 2’ which features a selection of some of our favorite dishes, sides and drinks for 2 people for $25 should be live in all locations. Social media marketing and email blasts advertising this promotion are in full swing.
- Ketchup PCs – Heinz ketchup individual packets for carry-out orders are currently out of stock and are expected to remain out of stock for the foreseeable future. Therefore, we will be approving an alternate ketchup PC. Heinz bottled ketchup is expected to remain unaffected.
- Hormel Bacon – Be advised, we have decided to make a switch from our current GFS label ‘Patrick Cudahy’ bacon to a new, better quality, and more prominent Hormel brand. This switch has many advantages including quality and consistency; but more importantly a significant price reduction as well. The only down-side to this switch will be that this is a 2-day lead item for all Scramblers locations. This will be available beginning March 8. Please make note of this as you will have to consider this in your regular ordering process.
