NEW INFORMATION
- New Store Opening – Congratulations to Tom Boylan on the opening of his newest Cincinnati, Ohio Scramblers restaurant! The newest Scramblers is located in Mariemont, Ohio just outside of Cincinnati. This is a beautiful new restaurant with the addition of our newest Scramblers menu development; alcohol! Yes, Scramblers of Mariemont offers a cocktail menu to guests. We have been diligently working on the new Scramblers cocktails which include mimosas, bloody marys and more. We are excited about this new innovation and will look forward to watching how this performs in the coming months.
- Spring LTO – Be advised, in an unusual manner, we have made a last-minute executive decision to indefinitely postpone the Spring LTO menu. All production phases of the menu were completed this week except for the printing; however, our design, marketing, production, and operations teams have all agreed that, given today’s current economic and operations environment, we stand very little to gain by introducing new products right now. However, because the menu has been completed, we anticipate being able to roll it out quickly when the operational climate is more conducive to innovation. Now is the time to focus on impressing our guests with what we currently do well, and building our operational readiness for the potential pent-up demand for a quality dine-in experience.
- 2 for $25 Menu – Due to the lack of interest and company image concerns, we will be discontinuing our Breakfast for 2 for $25. Final day for this menu is Tuesday, April 27. At that time, please pull and discard all promotional menus.

- New Uniforms! – Yes, that’s right. We are excited to announce the full-scale change-over to our new Uniform! On Friday, May 28, 2021 all Scramblers employees are expected to be in the new Scramblers Uniform. Posters are being sent out to all locations to show you what to prepare for. New uniforms include blue-jeans and T-shirts for all staff-level positions including front and back of house! Only Supervisors and General Managers will remain in black polo shirts and black pants. Attached is a digital version of the uniform poster. Our corporate offices will contact Franchise License Holders for large orders. Individual orders for the new uniform will go through The Shop in The Coop and are expected to be available in a few weeks.
- Employee Referral Bonus System – Given the unique new challenges to the restaurant industry in a post-pandemic country and the unprecedented difficulty of hiring new employees in many of our restaurants, we have updated our Employee Referral Bonus Program in select locations. In some of our stores we are advertising a starting bonus to both new employee and referring employee with a few stipulations. Due to the applicability of this program in any given location, it’s full explanation on this update would be imprudent. However, if you are interested in more details, please contact Brandon or Tim about implementing it in your store.
