- Fall LTO – This year’s Fall LTO Menu starts next week, Wednesday, September 22. Attached is the Product Preparation Guide. Please study, train staff and be ready. Managers will need to order products this week. This menu will also be added to the Sizzle POS system and our online ordering. Fall LTO Product Prep Guide
- Menu Price – Don’t forget, new price codes will be implemented on Wednesday, September 22.
RECURRING TOPICS
- Potatoes – We have received word from GFS that in addition to ‘out of stock’ products that we have been experiencing, our potatoes will not be available to some locations for the foreseeable future. We have selected a substitution that is a pre-seasoned potato. This is clearly not ideal, but we are very limited on options at this point. Please be aware and make appropriate adjustments in your operation as necessary.
