NEW INFORMATION
- Holiday Schedule – Reminder, Christmas day is next Saturday. We will be closed on this day, but expect business to begin to pick up most of next week to include a very busy Thursday and Friday as kids are out of school. This business trend will continue through the balance of the week following Christmas Day and culminate in very strong sales on Friday, New Year’s Eve and Saturday, New Year’s Day. As you’re writing your schedules, please look at previous years’ sales numbers and staff accordingly. This is a perfect opportunity to have a lot of staff on (as many are on winter break) and impress many guests who visit us during this time of year!
- Training Videos – We are in the final phase of the editing process of our new Training Videos! We’re hoping to have these complete just after the new year. We will publish these videos on the University tab of the Coop when they are complete and announce it on this Operations Update at that time. Stay tuned!
RECURRING TOPICS
- Fall LTO ending – Reminder, December 24 is the last day of the Fall LTO. Please keep this in mind when ordering your products. You may not pull the LTO early, but if you have too much product on the 24th, please do not let it go to waste. You may extend the LTO menu in your store one additional week, but must end no later than Jan 1, 2022.
