Our mission is to delight every guest of Scramblers by impressing them with unique breakfast and lunch recipes and attentive friendly service in a clean, dynamic yet comfortable environment.

 

NEW INFORMATION

  1. Social Media Contest – We’re running a promotional contest for the benefit of increasing our social media footprint and following. We are asking our guests to ‘Like’ the post, ‘Follow’ our page and ‘Tag’ three friends.  The winner will receive a breakfast for four.  Staff should encourage their guests to engage in this promotion by checking out our Scramblers Facebook and Instagram.  This will be the first of a series of online promotions.

RECURRING TOPICS

  1. Limited Staffing Protocols – Due to the quick spread of Covid-19, many restaurants are seeing very limited staff available to work. As a reminder, our first priority is guests in the dining room.  Second is our online and delivery sales.  We have found that utilizing a ‘false wait’ in the front is far more advantageous than seating every table in the dining room and overburdening staff.  Guests are far more willing to wait in the front for a table than to wait for a server after they have been sat.  Reduce your available tables if necessary.  Close sections when short staffed in the FOH.  This is a slower time of year, but if you find yourself without enough staff on any given day, do not panic.  Control your traffic flow at the front and most importantly, communicate to your guests.
