1. Independence Day – This year, July 4^th falls on a Monday. This will make for very strong holiday weekend sales.  Please refer to last year’s sales for your restaurant to know how to write a schedule that allows you to be prepared for this year’s Independence Day holiday.

1. Hash Browns – With the new Michael’s fresh hash brown, a quick tip for getting best results is to pre-portion the hashbrowns into pancake buckets first thing in the morning, so that the proper amount can be hand placed on the flat-top per order, rather than dumped in large amounts directly onto the flat-top.
