NEW INFORMATION

  1. Scramblers Professional Attire – Be advised, we have updated our Scramblers professional attire garments and made them available for purchase in the Scramblers Shop. Reminder, anyone can purchase professional attire; however, only General Managers are authorized to wear these items at work as part of their uniform.  If you are interested, below is a link to the shop.   Scramblers Shop
  2. Spring/Summer LTO – As we near the end of summer it will soon be time to discontinue the current seasonal Limited Time Offering (LTO) Menu. The last day to run this LTO is Labor Day, Monday, September 5.  Please be prepared to discard these menus at close of business that day.  Now is the time to begin to consider this date when ordering product.  Best methods are to share products among stores to avoid too much waste.

RECURRING TOPICS

  1. DoorDash – Be advised, DoorDash is running a new summer promotion where they are giving “DashPass” members an extra $3 off certain meals. As a result, when some orders show up on the DoorDash tablet it will say that the guest is getting $6 off instead of the normal $3 off.  The additional $3 is being paid for by DoorDash.  As a result, please inform your staff to still use the $3 off coupon button for orders that show as $3 off the DoorDash tablet AND for orders that show as $6 off on the DoorDash tablet.  In the end, Scramblers only pays $3 to anyone redeeming this deal, and you should ring it up as such.  If you have further questions please contact Philip.
  2. Baking Powder – Reminder that our Red Star Baking Powder is being discontinued. Fortunately, we have found a better substitute than Clabber Girl. Chef Mate Baking Powder is available and appears to be much closer to our specifications for our pancake recipe.  Please use the Chef Mate powder as a substitution as we continue to refine the recipe.
