NEW INFORMATION
- Cold Brew – Be advised, Coruso’s Coffee will be force-shipping cold brew coffee to all locations to make sure everyone has product for next week’s LTO menu roll-out.
- Dinerware Update – Your Dinerware POS system will be updated for the Spring LTO menu. This update will add all the necessary buttons for the LTO items as well as a new a la carte section with buttons for the most frequently requested a la carte items. This is designed to speed up the ordering process for servers as well as create more price consistency among all restaurants.
- LTO Menu Error – We have identified one inconsistency between the LTO menus that you received last week and the Product Preparation Guide. The menu does not indicate Swiss cheese on the Ultimate Grilled Bacon and Cheese sandwich though the recipe calls for it. Because of this, we must comply with the menu as it is what the guest will read and expect. Therefore, contrary to the recipe and training video, we will NOT put Swiss cheese on the Ultimate Grilled Bacon and Cheese sandwich.

- Spring LTO – This year’s ‘Best Of’ Spring LTO menu start date is Wednesday, March 28. You should have already received the menus in the mail. The order guide has been updated to ensure that you can order all necessary products for this menu and all stores have received the new stainless-steel taco holders to be used for the breakfast taco dish. - Uniform Change – Don’t forget, beginning Sunday, April 1 we will require that all front-of-house staff is wearing the new Scramblers Standard Uniform pants. As a reminder to all as indicated in the survey, the following stipulations regarding the changeover from khaki pants to black slacks apply:
- Black slacks applies to all front-of-house staff (servers, bussers, hostesses)
- Staff are required to purchase their own uniform pants. Specific brands or retailers will not be required or provided
- Slacks must be of professional working style
- Slacks must have belt loops, be of appropriate length and have ‘sewn-in pockets’
- No jeans
- No yoga or stretch pants
- No capris
