- Scramblers Madness – We have a winner in the Scramblers March Madness social media competition. And the winner is . . . Lemon Blueberry Pancakes! Remember, the purpose of this competition was to develop guest response and engagement. Be advised, this means that any guest who demonstrates their knowledge of the tournament winner by showing their server the screenshot of the competition will receive half-off Lemon Blueberry Pancakes. Please advise your servers to be prepared to honor this discount.
- Easter – This year, Easter Sunday is April 9. Historically, this can be a lower-than-average sales volume day as many of our guests don’t know that we’re open, or fear major crowds and assume it will be too busy to bother coming in. In order to combat this misunderstanding, we typically promote Easter as much as possible. We will be doing so on social media, our website, and if you have not already done so, please display your Easter sign in an acrylic holder/ stand on your hostess podium. Also, be prepared for a significant boost in sales on Good Friday, April 7. This is historically a very busy Friday. Staff appropriately and be ready for business!
- Spring/ Summer LTO – It’s that time of year again! We have completed our Spring/ Summer Limited Time Offering (LTO) menu. It’s in final phase of production and will be mailed out to all locations soon. We will go live in the restaurants on Wednesday, April 19. On Monday, April 3 we will publish here the Product Preparation Guide with full descriptions, recipes, preparation instructions full color photos of all items, and a comprehensive list of all new items that must be purchased in order to be ready for this menu. Start ordering as soon as you receive this list to ensure that you’ll have everything you need as some items may be two-day lead items for some locations. Look for that Product Prep Guide here in digital form. A hard copy of the guide will also accompany your menus when you receive them.

- City Egg – We are excited to announce the newest addition to Scramblers Brands with the opening of our third City Egg Restaurant in Bowling Green Ohio! City Egg opened on Thursday, March 23 in the downtown district with hopes to service the entire city of Bowling Green as well as the University.
