- Easter – This year, Easter Sunday is April 9. Be ready for Easter business this weekend. Look at historical sales volume numbers for your restaurant and staff accordingly.
- Spring/ Summer LTO – It’s that time of year again! We have completed our Spring/ Summer Limited Time Offering (LTO) menu. It’s in final phase of production and will be mailed out to all locations soon. We will go live in the restaurants on Wednesday, April 19. Attached is the Product Preparation Guide with full descriptions, recipes, preparation instructions full color photos of all items, and a comprehensive list of all new items that must be purchased in order to be ready for this menu. - Scramblers Madness – We have a winner in the Scramblers March Madness social media competition. And the winner is . . . Lemon Blueberry Pancakes! Remember, the purpose of this competition was to develop guest response and engagement. Be advised, this means that any guest who demonstrates their knowledge of the tournament winner by showing their server the screenshot of the competition will receive half-off Lemon Blueberry Pancakes. Please advise your servers to be prepared to honor this discount.
