NEW INFORMATION

  1. Social Media Calendar – Our September Media Calendar is complete and available now! As always, if you or your restaurant would like to get involved in our on-line social media campaign, please contact Kelly directly and put your restaurant in the spotlight!   September Social Media Calendar
  2. Scratch-Off Promotion – Our Scratch-Off Promotion ends next week. As we near its conclusion, please tell your servers to remind guests to consider the redemption expiration date of their card as they distribute them as it is fast-approaching. We will provide analytics of the success level of the promotion upon its completion.  Be advised, we have three winners of the ‘Free Breakfast for a Year’ scratch-off.  Two in Columbus and one in Toledo.  These three individuals have been issued two business-card sized punch cards with our Scramblers logo, their name hand-written on the back, and a punch mark for every week of the year beginning the first week of September ’23.  To accommodate the size of the business card, we issued two cards each with 26 marked weeks on them.  If you see this card in your restaurant, it is valid, and servers should redeem the guest’s free meal by punching the card on the mark labeled for that current week.

RECURRING TOPICS

  1. Logo Cups – Be advised, we’ve just been informed that Gordon Food Service has run out of our logo cups without warning. Unfortunately, this means if your restaurant needs to order more some time in the next few weeks, you will receive a generic styrofoam substitution.  Our cups are now in production, but will not be completed for distribution for a few weeks.  If sharing among restaurants is possible in the interim, please consider doing so to get by until they are available.
  2. LTO Menus – Just a reminder that the Summer LTO menu will finish at close of business on Monday, September 4 which is Labor Day this year. Consider this when ordering product for this menu.  Keep in mind that the Fall LTO is in production now and is scheduled to go live on Wednesday, September 13.  This menu will have a few traditional favorites on it as well as a few new dishes.  A Product Preparation Guide will be provided in digital version in the next few weeks and shrimp is expected to make this menu as well.  Hard copies of the PPG will be provided with the menus when they arrive in your restaurant at the beginning of September.
