Operations Update

Our mission is to delight every guest of Scramblers by impressing them with unique breakfast and lunch recipes and attentive friendly service in a clean, dynamic yet comfortable environment.

 

NEW INFORMATION

  1. Mother’s Day – Next week, Sunday, May 13, is Mother’s Day.  As you know, this is our single busiest day of the year.  Please staff appropriately and be prepared!
  2. The Coop – In spite of last week’s outages as a result of a virus, The Coop is now back up and running.  We are currently working on new internal systems and programs to prevent these occurrences as well as ways to make it more user-friendly and stable.

RECURRING TOPICS

  1. Table Tents – New premium bacon table tents from Hormel will be sent out to all locations next week.  Please replace old table tents with the new when they arrive at your store.
  2. The Shop – Announcing a new policy change! Be advised: The Shop is now open in The Coop!
    1. To all Franchise License Holders, this means that you must now order and purchase all of your uniforms, marketing material, and professional apparel in The Shop.
    2. To All General Managers, this means that you should direct your staff to order and purchase uniforms on-line.
    3. To Corporate GMs, this means you should ONLY coordinate first-time uniform and black shirts through Aaron Young and Shawn McCurdy.

OPERATIONS MANUAL CHANGES

  1. Employee Manuals – All of the Employee Manuals have been updated to reflect the current uniform requirements for all staff positions. These updates have now been published and are available in the Library.  Please download and print the new manuals in order to update your Operations Manual and educate your staff to ensure everyone understands these requirements.
