NEW INFORMATION
- Name Tags – We’ve eliminated name tags! This new policy was announced two weeks ago at the Quarterly Scramblers GM Conference Call and has taken effect in all restaurants. This is just a reminder that your staff should no longer be wearing name tags!
- Music – As mentioned on our call, make sure your music is set to the officially authorized Scramblers playlist and at a volume that can be heard well and loud enough to keep the environment up-beat!
- Father’s Day Coupons – This year we’re changing our Father’s Day coupon redemption program. For the first time, we will be using a QR code to track coupon redemption. This means one-time coupons will actually be eligible for redemption only one time. Servers will scan Father’s Day coupons negating the coupon from further use. You will have to train your servers how to redeem these coupons to make this system work as it is intended. Additional details will follow.
- Holidays – Take a good look at your calendars. We have three federally recognized holidays coming in just a few short weeks. Father’s Day, Jun 16 and Junteenth, June 19 will fall in the same week, so be prepared with staffing and food ordering. Then Independence Day is two weeks later, on Thursday, July 4th. This will make for a strong week/ early weekend. Now is the time to put your best foot forward. Impress your guests with our new service policies, food quality, staff, and in some locations, newly renovated facilities!
