NEW INFORMATION

  1. Cinnamon Sticks – Be advised, your restaurant will be receiving the cinnamon sticks necessary for the new fall LTO menu as a direct shipment. Unfortunately, a mistake was made.  These were ordered for all locations but are only necessary for stores that serve alcohol.  If your restaurant does not serve liquor, please contact your rep to have these cinnamon sticks returned for a credit.
  2. Gourmet Coffee – Reminder, GFS is no longer stocking our gourmet flavored coffee due to its lack of movement. We have removed it from the menu, but recognized that some restaurants still wish to have it available to guests.  This is not mandatory, but if you wish to purchase gourmet coffee, you must do so directly through Caruso’s.

RECURRING TOPICS

  1. Quarterly Operations Call – Reminder! Our upcoming GM quarterly ops conference call is scheduled for next week, Wednesday, August 21 at 3:00 pm. All Scramblers managers should attend, as we will cover important upcoming information regarding our restaurant operations.  Corporate restaurant GMs are required to be on video for this call.  All others are strongly encouraged.
  2. Fall Menu – As previously mentioned, we are currently developing the Fall LTO Menu, and are very excited about some new flavors this year! This menu has a ‘go-live’ date of Wednesday, September 11.  It will have five new entrées and one cocktail (for available restaurants).  Rather than pumpkin stuffed French toast, we will have Pumpkin Pancakes as one of these items.  These will be our traditional recipe pumpkin with two slight variations; icing, and pepitas!  These will be treated like a garnish.  They are de-shelled, salted, roasted pumpkin seeds.  Unlike other new skews, these will be force-shipped directly to you in a 5lb bag.  Expect them to arrive in your restaurant in the next ten days or so.  Hold onto them as they will be needed for our new Fall LTO Menu!
  3. Summer Splash Cash – Attached is the digital version of the full SOP explaining all the details of this promotion. Continue to use this as a reference throughout the duration of this promo.
