- Fall LTO Updates – Just a few items to clarify on the Fall LTO. As expected, we recognize a demand in substitutions for some of the items that are on our Fall LTO menu. The vast majority of these items are simple substitutions for which we have already made buttons on your Sizzle POS system. The one item that needed more clarification is the Andouille Sausage substitution. Please see the attached document to better explain: Andouille Sausage Substitution SOP

OPERATIONS MANUAL CHANGES
- Cookbooks – Be advised, with our new menu scheduled for roll-out in mid-October, all Scramblers locations system-wide will be receiving new cookbooks. These are being finalized now and will be provided prior to the new menu release.
