NEW INFORMATION
- Training – We are excited to announce the upcoming Annual Scramblers Management Training Seminar! This year Scramblers will be hosting this day-long training session for all General Managers and Restaurant Supervisors in Findlay, Ohio on Tuesday, February 18. Please mark your calendars and prepare to spend the day with your fellow Scramblers and City Egg managers learning all of the new Standard Operating Procedures of our Scramblers restaurants. Invitations will go out soon. This training seminar is required of all Managers system-wide including franchise and corporate locations. We look forward to seeing you in February in Findlay!
- MLK Day – Be advised, Monday, January 20 is Martin Luther King Jr. Day. This is a federal holiday for which banks, schools and government offices will be closed. Please consider this when staffing for Monday. As with most Monday holidays, sales may be slightly down on Sunday and slightly up on Monday. Please look at your restaurant’s sales volumes from previous years in order to be prepared for this upcoming holiday.
- Winter Promotion – Free Coffee February is coming! This year, for our winter promotion we will be offering to all of our guests FREE COFFEE through the entire month of February. Table Tents have arrived in all restaurants. Please make sure they are on your tables now. In addition, you will be receiving a large sign that should be hung using a suction cup in your window (not over the hostess station), yard signs and carry-out fliers.
