NEW INFORMATION

  1. Training – Reminder, this year Scramblers will be hosting our day-long training session for all General Managers and Restaurant Supervisors in Findlay, Ohio next Tuesday, February 18. Please be prepared to spend the day with your fellow Scramblers managers learning all the new Standard Operating Procedures of our Scramblers restaurants.  This training seminar is required of all Managers system-wide including franchise and corporate locations.  We look forward to seeing you on Tuesday!
  2. New Menu – At Tuesday’s training seminar we will be passing out the new menu to all locations! We will go live with this menu on Friday, February 21.  This menu contains three brand-new LTO items.  Attached is the Product Prep Guide for these items, but more importantly, your cookbook has been updated with these new items as well.  Videos will be published early next week.   Spring 2025 New Menu Additions PPG
  3. Presidents Day – Be advised, Monday, February 17 is Presidents Day this year. This is a federal holiday, so banks, schools and government offices will be closed.  Please consider this when writing your schedules for this coming weekend.

  1. New Restaurant – Congratulations to Phil and Tony on the opening of their 6th Cleveland area Scramblers Restaurant! On Tuesday, February 4, 2025 the newest addition to the Scramblers family opened in Rocky River, Ohio.  We appreciate all of the hard work that went into the construction and opening of this location as it features the newest and boldest Scramblers interior build-out ever!  If you’re ever in the area and want to see what the future of Scramblers looks like, stop by and enjoy breakfast with a cocktail!
  2. Winter Promotion – Free Coffee February is here! Attached is the full explanation for this promotion for your reference throughout the entire month.  *A quick reminder, our free coffee offer applies to hot coffee, iced coffee and hot chocolate.  Please make sure your staff knows this as we have received some guest complaints because our staff didn’t understand the rules.   Free Coffee February SOP
