- Egg Prices – Be advised, as egg prices continue to decrease, if you are not currently purchasing your eggs from Gordon’s, you should not be paying anything higher than 3.13/ Dozen for medium eggs. Many of our alternate suppliers who were able to beat GFS prices when the Urner Berry Market spiked over $8, are not keeping up with the price slide. Switch back if necessary. Don’t overpay for eggs!
- Easter – Be advised, this year Easter falls on Sunday, April 20. As we all know, this is typically a low volume Sunday in our restaurants. Often this is the result of guests inaccurately assuming that we are either closed, or too busy to accommodate their party. Therefore, this year we will be promoting Easter Sunday in our stores in a slightly larger than traditional way. Next week, all locations will be receiving a 24”x36” board designed to promote Easter. These should be hung in your windows much like the ‘Free Coffee February’ sign did. Please hang them immediately upon receipt of your poster board.

- Uber Eats – Attached is the breakdown of Uber Eats online rates for all restaurants from the start of year through March 10. If your restaurant is too frequently not online, please make the necessary operational changes to improve this metric. Uber Eats Metrics
- Social Media Coupon – Be advised, we ran a March Madness contest on Facebook. Any winners will be presenting a coupon to our servers. Please be prepared to honor this when presented for redemption.
