- Memorial Day – Remember to look at last year’s sales volume trend when deciding how to staff this weekend!
- Father’s Day – Be advised, Father’s Day is just a few weeks away falling on Sunday, June 15 this year! Be sure to plan for the second busiest day of the year with good staff and good prep! Additional holidays to consider are: later that week on Thursday, June 19th is Juneteenth (which is now a federal holiday where banks and government offices will be closed) and two weeks later is Independence Day on Friday, July 4th!

- Mother’s Day Coupon – This year we did the Mother’s Day coupon in a new form to add extra control to the redemptions of it. As a result, guests will receive a QR code as their coupon. Staff should be made aware of this, as there will NOT be a “Mother’s Day” coupon button in Sizzle like there was in the past. Instead, when a guest has this, the server will do the following: On the ‘make payment’ screen in Sizzle > Select the item for the guest > Click “Discount Items” > Click “One Time Use” (second from the bottom) > Scan the QR code. Sizzle will then instantly apply that coupon to the item. This coupon expires Wednesday, June 11.
- Uber Eats – Attached bellow is the Uber Eats online rate for 2025 through May 9th. Please make note of your restaurant’s performance and make the necessary operational changes to ensure your online rate is at its best. Uber Eats Metrics
- Marie-Club Promo – Be advised, we will be offering $3 off any Seasonal Sensations menu item to our e-club three times through spring. We will remind operators at the beginning of each week when the email is sent, so staff will be prepared to honor this coupon. The remaining week is slotted for: June 23 – June 27.
