- Food Costs – In an effort to better hone in on food cost specifics, the corporate restaurants spent some time developing system that provides more specific parameters when determining food costs in your restaurants. Essentially, food cost is now broken down by category rather than only as a whole number, and a range established to help GM’s have a reference point when looking at their inventory levels and food costs. This list is provided to all corporate District Managers at the beginning of each period, and can be provided to any other operator who is interested via email. - Summer Sales Trends – As a reminder to all Scramblers and City Egg Operators, the second half of summer tends to be a slower time of year. There are no pending holidays until Labor Day and we will NOT be running a summer promotion. Please consider this when writing schedules and staffing through the balance of the summer. Stay efficient with your staffing while still being able to impress every guest that dines with us!
