NEW INFORMATION

1. New Menu – We are currently finalizing the new Scramblers menu. This menu is expected to roll out to all locations in mid-October, and will feature new items in our “Seasonal Sensations” category.  However, because these are not ‘seasonal’ items, we will change the name of the category to “Newest Creations”.  In addition, we will roll-out table-tents and posters at the end of August advertising two of our most popular fall flavors, Pumpkin Stuffed French Toast, and a new fall flavored beverage.  Watch for more information in the coming weeks.

1. Grand Opening – Congratulations to Ed and Eddie Auld on the opening of their first Scramblers Restaurant in Lexington Park, MD! This location opened on Friday, July 18 to record sales!  We are excited about the continued expansion of our Scramblers family to the east coast and appreciate the hard work from Ed and Eddie in the long construction process of this location.  It is a beautiful restaurant with our newest finishes, and we would encourage anyone who finds themselves in that area to stop in and see the newest addition to the Scramblers community!

OPERATIONS MANUAL CHANGES

1. We are currently working on updating Employee Manuals by position. These updates are not necessarily policy or protocol changes; rather, they are just designed to make sure all aspects are relevant and applicable in today’s updated Scramblers systems.  When they are complete, they will be published in the Library in The Coop.
