Operations Update

Our mission is to delight every guest of Scramblers by impressing them with unique breakfast and lunch recipes and attentive friendly service in a clean, dynamic yet comfortable environment.

NEW INFORMATION

  1. New Menu – Be advised, the new 2018 Scramblers menu is expected to arrive in stores in the next couple of weeks.  As always, all operations manuals will be updated in the Scramblers Library to reflect the new menu.  The attached memorandum highlights all the menu changes displayed as excerpts from each of the manuals including the Cookbook, Recipe Book, and Prep Book.  In addition, all preparation videos are available in Scramblers University.  Please educate your staff of these changes over the next couple of weeks.  A hard copy of this memo will be sent to all stores prior to the new menu arrival, but take advantage of the time to train staff now.   2018 Menu Changes

RECURRING TOPICS

  1. Spring & Fall LTO Menus – Due to many of this Spring/Summer LTO menu items making it onto the new Scramblers menu at different prices, we will be discontinuing this LTO earlier than normal this year.  The Fall LTO is currently in production, but is not expected to start until mid-September.  As always, this menu will be accompanied by a Product Preparation Guide complete with descriptions, prices, recipes, preparation instructions, and full color photos, along with preparation videos in Scramblers University.
  2. Semi-Annual Scramblers Promotion – This year, we have decided to discontinue Scramblers 5 Square, and will be introducing a new multi-week promotion.  We will begin our new ‘Summer Savings’ promo in mid-August to compliment the new menu roll-out.
