NEW INFORMATION

  1. Fall Flavors – As promised, attached is our Product Prep Guide for our Pumpkin Stuffed French Toast and our new Caramel Apple Delight beginning Wednesday, September 3. RECURRING TOPICS

  1. Labor Day – Be advised as you are writing schedules for the upcoming weeks, Labor Day is on Monday, September 1 this year. Look closely at your restaurant’s sales from previous years and staff accordingly!
  2. New Menu – Our new updated menu with a ‘Newest Creations’ category is also in the works and is expected to roll out by the end of September. There will be five items in this category with an emphasis on a new Scramblers Signature House-made Breakfast Sausage!  A Product Prep Guide along with videos will be provided in the coming weeks.

OPERATIONS MANUAL CHANGES

  1. Employee Manuals – Manuals have been updated and published in the Library in The Coop. These updates include each of the Employee Manuals by position.  In addition, the attached link is the updated ‘Weekly Cleaning’ and ‘Daily Outs’ lists that can also be found in the Blank Documents folders.
